and how it ultimately led me to teach the Egyptian Tantric Secrets…
Hi there,
My name’s Kiya and I’ve been teaching for 16 years now, offering deep experiences through ecstatic dance, then rebirthing breathwork, and later through Tantra.
But something shifted dramatically for me four years ago, when I was electrocuted by a faulty power cable while standing barefoot in a garden in Bali. 220 volts surged through my body for several minutes and I nearly died, but what happened next changed everything.
Just after this near-death experience I found myself unable to do much—except meditate. My nervous system was raw, and yet something had opened. I went through a dark night of the soul which turned into 4 painful months of feeling utterly lost.
Then one day I heard the clear inner guidance: “Do the one Egyptian breathwork practice you know.” I sat on my balcony facing my jungle view in Bali and began the Ankh Breathwork I’d received as a spontaneous download some years earlier. Then I chanted to Goddess Isis.
That’s when Isis arrived – in the most powerful visionary experience of my life. She revealed that she’d been guiding me for years, since I’d first discovered Ankh Breathwork. She explained how I’d had past lives in Egypt and she could help me reconnect to them.
She told me: “The electrocution had to happen—to prepare you for this.”
Over 9 days, I received a stream of teachings so powerful, so precise, that I transcribed 80,000 words—the teachings contained in my best-selling book Egyptian Tantric Secrets. That book forms the foundation of this mentorship.

✨ This mentorship is rooted in the teachings of my best-selling book Egyptian Tantric Secrets. It offers an embodied map for personal awakening and spiritual mastery, guided by the wisdom of the Egyptian gods and goddesses.
It’s infused with Tantric keys for energy circulation mastery, teaching us – as the initiates were once taught – how to work with The Ankh, The Pyramids, The Serpents, and other potent and once secret practices, that return now for all of us to drink from and embody in our daily lives.
We work with numerous higher guides including:
Goddess Isis (Aset) – Goddess of Healing and Benevolent Magic
Osiris (Asar) – God of the Afterlife and Keeper of the Resurrection Keys

Whilst I touch on these teachings in my book Magdalena’s Tales, there is far deeper these teachings can carry anyone that is open to receive their Holy Union Keys. These teachings are woven with the energy of The Rose Lineage – a lineage of love that wove through the mystic heart of Ancient Egypt and was then passed onto the Essenes and other spiritual traditions.
LEVEL 1: THE PERSONAL INITIATIONS (3 MONTHS)
For a moment, let’s zoom back over thousands of years to the ancient Egyptian temples. Let’s sit in circle with the priests and the priestesses and witness how they were initiated…
But firstly, what is an initiation? What might it look like?
There is something potent and powerful in a true initiation.
It can be the transmission or the sharing of different tools, techniques, or practices that allow you to go deeper into your energy body.
It can also be a pouring through of energy from higher consciousness in ways that you feel in and through the body.
It gives you a direct experience which leaves a lasting effect.
It can be literally life-changing.
It can feel like you receive a special key, and are shown how to open different doors of consciousness with it.
An obvious example of this is the Ankh.
This ancient Egyptian symbol maps onto the body, and when we start running breath and consciousness through the pathways of the Ka (the energy body), we are able to:
– Raise energy from the lower chakras to the heart
- – Expand the energy outwards in and through the heart field
- – Circulate energy through the Ankh loop – which connects with your higher chakras
- – Connect your heart (ab) with your soul (ba)
So even just that is a single yet extremely powerful initiatory key. Once you have learnt and unlocked that as a tool, you then begin to learn the many different practices and ways of working with it —
– There are ways to breathe through your Ankh
– To move with a yoga flow through your Ankh
– To activate your Ankh through sound/chant
– And to visualize your Ankh to start working with it
As a result the Ankh Key begins to take you on a journey. It’s a journey that unfolds over weeks, months, and years, just like the priests and priestesses that worked with this spiritual technology thousands of years ago.
This becomes an ever-deepening journey
It naturally comes to filter through all aspects of your life — the Ankh techniques can also be woven into your connection with friends and beloveds, and it can utterly transform your lovemaking into Egyptian High Tantra. All of this is rooted in and through these ancient energy practices.
Here’s the truth:
There is only one way to transmit these teachings to others with power: you have to receive the initiation and then integrate it deeply into your life.
It needs to be integrated into your spiritual practice on a regular basis, and integrated in the bedroom with your lovemaking as well. The many ways it is infused into your life all prepare you to transmit these initiations to others.
So most importantly at the first stage you need to receive the personal initiations, not only through our time in class, but also through working with it in your daily life, so you begin to get your own direct downloads about what these keys mean to you.
That’s why there is a three-month first stage initiation, during which we go through the different Ancient Egyptian Keys, in order to support you to deep dive into the heart of the ancient teachings and practices. To live them and breathe them. Literally! 🌬️

We utilise breathwork, visualization, movement and sound practices that expand the consciousness into higher states.
We’ll also deep dive into the trance postures of ancient Egypt, which many today know as Kemetic Yoga. And yet, it is not just yoga – it’s also a trance state we can access. When you connect to the postures by entering trance states, you start to download the true meanings and hidden teachings encoded in the postures. Thus the postures themselves begin to initiate you.
Along the way, we also dive deeply into healing
That will include going deep into your childhood to see what needs to be felt, released, forgiven or integrated at new levels of understanding.
We’ll learn the 13 chakra system so as to consciously move through the many dimensional planes.
We’ll open the Ankh Loop so you’re able to circulate powerful Sekhem (life-force) energy
and enter higher states of ecstasy and orgasm — both through your daily practice and also in your relational life with spiritual friends and beloveds.
We’ll also have time dedicated to sexual healing
There are so many layers of the ‘sex is a sin’ conditioning that most of us have taken on.
You may have received it from your family, from society, from media and religious conditioning
It is not possible to access the heights of tantra without working to clear this conditioning for ourselves and on behalf of our lineage.
Around that stage of our journey Mary Magdalene will step in…
She will offer some of her Grail Rite Holy Union Initiations, as she once shared with initiates thousands of years ago.

As a final key of our 12 week initiatory preparation
We’ll work with Thoth (Tehuti), known to most as the ‘God of Writing’. He can help you access the Akashic Records, giving you precious access to the great wisdom from the past, which will then come to inform aspects of what you go on to learn and teach as we go further on the journey.

Learning how to teach is multi-layered and multi-faceted. From the outside, great teaching looks simple… and yet once you step inside there can be much to learn, in order to rise to the next-level of your teaching and transmission potential.
As we journey further on our personal and spiritual path, it becomes easier and easier to integrate ever greater depth into all that we offer. Along the way there are many keys we can gather to polish our unique offerings and ways of teaching, so that we shine, and so our offerings do too.
During Level 2 we focus on developing your skills and your confidence to share this embodied transmission with others. Over the 5 months we will explore different areas of teaching, including…

Foundations and fundamentals of how to offer safe spaces for others, and how to guide people on a deep and transformational journey, working with tools, techniques and practices
✨ Ankh Mini-Class Taster Class
Have a first chance to guide your peer group with some Ankh Breathwork practice and get support and feedback from Kiya.
✨ The Ankh Dance Movement Map
Learn to create an Egyptian-style ecstatic dance journey, working with a potent map that can guide anyone into ecstatic states. Learning this gives you a deeper understanding in Ecstatic Map-making which can be applied to many other guided journeys or practice flows. You will later be asked to create a guided ecstatic dance journey following this map.
✨ The Science and Methodology of Guiding People into Trance
We explore the science underpinning expanded states of consciousness, in relation to the brainwave states as well as the chemicals that are activated. We then move on to explore WHY we want to induce these states and HOW we can best induce them in others.
✨ Clearing Past Life Trauma
Many of us had past lives working within healing, spirituality or religious systems. Some may even recall memories from traumatic past lives where we were silenced or even killed because of our beliefs, including witch hunt memories. All of this can leave a fear to step out as a teacher or healer. In this session we will dive deeply in to clear the fears and traumas from these past lives.

Learn how to use touch and sensory awakening rituals (for singles, couples or groups), including time to guide your peers in a sensual embodiment experience.
✨ How to Guide Egyptian Tantra
This week we explore different styles of class or workshop, experiential vs informative vs transmission based classes. This will help you hone in on your unique teaching style. We also look at a map for an introductory Egyptian Tantra 2-hour group journey.
✨ Tantric Healing: Guiding Individuals
Learn the art of offering healing space for individuals, including an exploration of different maps – including hands-on healing, or through working with tantric breathwork.
✨ Tantric Healing: Guiding Couples
Learn the fine art of lovingly navigating the dynamics of two people (and their traumas). Plus learn the steps for a guided couples ritual to support them to deepen and open.
✨ How to Awaken Sekhem (Kundalini)
Learn ways to work with and support people to open their Sekhem (their Kundalini life-force) through an unlocking and activation of the Ka energy body. We’ll connect with Sekhmet, the lionness protectress, as our ally on this journey.
✨ Creating and Guiding Egyptian Rituals
Learn to work with the Egyptian deities and create different rituals based on their unique codes. You will be asked to create and guide part of a co-taught journey with your peers to help prepare you for your final assessment.
✨ Preparing for assessment
We will look in depth at the preparation steps for your final assessment, as well as looking at the map you intend to work with for the final assessment session.
ONGOING PRACTICE & COURSEWORK
As we move step by step through the different Egyptian Tantra initiations, you will need to include and incorporate different practices and meditations into your daily practice.
If you do not yet have a daily practice you will be supported to create one, and given an accountability buddy (someone else on the course) who you will check in with in-between the weekly training times to help support you to stay on track.
You will also be given homework, including researching into the different deities you might feel called to work with. This ongoing homework and practice time is needed to help you embody these teachings so they become a living tantric transmission (and not just something you have intellectually understood).
If you have concerns about meeting these commitments, lets discuss in advance to determine whether this is the right time and training for you. We can also look at what might need to shift to create extra time for this deepening practice and study time. This training asks for a high level of commitment if you are to receive the maximum benefits from it, and to fully grow into the next-level of your work as a teacher or healer.
FINAL ASSESSMENT
For your final assessment you’ll design and deliver:
- A 1:1 tantric healing session, or
- A guided tantric couple’s session, or
- A group ritual or class
NOTE 1: This must be offered live, or submitted as a live class recorded with video and audio, so I can observe and provide detailed feedback.
NOTE 2: For those that are not intending to teach tantra we can discuss other guided content you feel passionate to offer to help hone your teaching in any area that calls to you.

Week 1: Opening Temple Space & Ankh Breathwork (Advanced Solo Practice)
In our first class, we prepare ourselves for the journey ahead, working with Energy Pyramids, to create a powerful and safe container – a Temple Space – within which we will explore the Egyptian Tantric mysteries.
We then go into working with the Ankh as a Solo Practice, combining it with different breath techniques and chants to activate it more powerfully. We also go deeper into exploring more complex ways to work with the Ankh – utilizing a combination of breath, movement, sound, and visualisation.
The Ankh techniques are a foundational practice we will return to throughout our journey together. They are powerful!
Week 2: Ankh Breathwork Couples Practice
Today we explore the Ankh as a partnered practice – with friends, beloveds, indeed anyone you may be open to share energy with. For those who don’t have someone to join them, you can also do this shared practice with your Ka energy body double. This looks like you, but its the Ka energy body equivalent of you. Connecting with them is super powerful! You can also explore these practices with Isis / Aset or indeed any Higher Consciousness Guide you feel called to work with.
So as part of our deepening today into Ankh couples practice we will work with inviting in more divine Ankh energy to flow through us – and to share this with another, on the human or the divine planes.
Once mastered you can integrate the Ankh Couples Practices into your lovemaking in the bedroom for next-level sacred union. We will go deeper into this later in the training.
Week 3: Egyptian Trance Postures
Trance Postures are known to many as Egyptian or Kemetic Yoga. In Ancient Egypt it was known as ‘Smai Tawi’ which translates as ‘the unification of the two lands’. This relates to the unification of upper and lower Egypt, but it refers symbolically to the unification of the human self with the higher self.
When we start working with our trance postures, we hold postures for longer than a usual yoga class and breathe into them. When combined with trance inducing rhythms (like drums or sistrums for example), and trance breath techniques we enter expanded states of consciousness. We can also connect with the different deity associated with the different postures. In this way we ‘attune to the gods’ which support an evolution of our Ka energy body.
Once in this higher state, the postures begin to reveal their medicine to us. Trance postures are an idea coined by shaman and anthropologist Felicitas Goodman, who globally researched the phenomenon of trance postures, which she found to be encoded into the art, sculptures, heiroglyphs, cave paintings, and stone carvings throughout the world, and throughout time.
You will experience a series of the Egyptian Trance Postures, and begin to learn the potent medicine that they carry from the Ancient Egyptian lineage. Come ready to enter the postures of the Neteru – the gods and goddesses – to receive their teachings from within. Homework will be to research and find additional Egyptian Trance Postures, drawn from heiroglyphs or statues from Ancient Egypt.
Week 4: Egyptian Trance Dance Journey (& Chakra Initiation)
Now we take our Egyptian Trance Postures and begin to dance and move with them. We will dance as Isis with her golden wings, or move as Osiris into the underworld. We will discover the movements hidden in Hathor’s postures and dance until we enter the Eye of Horus (the third eye).
We will sweat, activate the life-force of the body, awaken sexual energy, and allow it gradually to rise. As we dance we will awaken our chakras one by one, starting from the root, rising through the sex, the solar, and into the heart. From the heart we keep rising into the throat, the third eye and the crown.
In doing so we go on the journey that anyone and everyone can go on, from the more dense, earthly energies, through the heart and into the more celestial realms of consciousness.
Mapping this journey through the chakras is a key part of understanding how to guide people through different states of consciousness. We will discuss and reflect on this at the end of the session.
Homework will be to put together your own Chakra Dance music flow, with 7 tracks, one for each of the chakra.
Week 5: Deepen into Healing with Heart Breathing
Join us to explore Heart Breathing – in which we breathe and melt deep into the heart – working with a powerful form of circular breath, known to most as Rebirthing Breathwork. Through this modality, and working with a more feminine approach to rebirthing, we open to the emotional field – to clear and release anything that might need to be let go of.
Rebirthing is one of the spiritual power tools which expands our consciousness so you can see how challenges in life connect back to experiences that – most commonly – are rooted in childhood trauma. As you keep breathing, you follow the thread, journeying back to breathe with past experiences or memories if they should arise. Once felt, challenging or traumatic experiences can transform and be released, or re-integrated from a higher perspective.
Your homework is to work with guided Heart Breathing or Rebirthing Breathwork audios for 7 days to carry yourself deeper.
Week 6: The Chakra Loop Initiation
For this next initiation, we are going to start experiencing the chakras not as a ladder that rises from root to crown, but as a loop. This is what the Taoists call the micro-cosmic orbit. Within Egyptian Tantric Secrets we call it the Chakra Loop. Why should we be interested to turn the chakras from a ladder into a loop? Because it enables us to tap into a perpetual stream of energy.
During this class we will open this loop through an unlocking process using a potent breath technique, moving step-by-step through the different energy centers on the front and back of the body, so you can then start allowing more energy to flow.
Once the Chakra loop is open, you can start running more energy through your body, as you prepare the body to enter into whole body orgasmic states. We will also run this potent flowing energy through the Ankh as a secondary circuit that is connected to the Chakra Loop.
N.B. Sometimes this initiation takes a week or longer to fully activate in the body. It helps dial up your energy sensitivity in a notable and powerful way. We will also learn ways to balance and moderate the energy so you can consciously turn it on or off with your intention.
Week 7: Awaken Your Serpent Powers
If you were brought up in a Christian country, you’ll know that the snake was branded as the bad guy in the garden of Eden. Yet Asia and Egypt have a totally different view of the serpent within their spiritual worldview. For them, the serpent is a symbol of power, and beautifully conveys a quality of life-force that can move powerfully through the body.
For this next initiation we learn how to Awaken our Serpents, weaving and raising them through the chakras to activate powerful energy known in Egypt as Sekhem. Sekhem is pure life-force energy, and is presided over by Sekhmet, the ultimate fiery lioness goddess. Like Kali from the Hindu tradition she is powerful and ready to chop heads (removing ego/mind) so as to support the highest evolution of your soul.
Your homework will be to raise your Serpents for 1 week and to see what happens through direct experience and connection with them. As you go deeper you begin to develop a direct relationship with your serpents as an expression of your Ka energy body.
Week 8: Tantric Healing 1 – breath, touch and sensory awakening
Bastet is the feline protector of the home, and she also revels in luxury, indulgence, and embodiment through the sensual realm. Think of how the cat revels in touch and affection.
Today we call upon the support of Bastet to help guide us into the realm of sensual connection with our body, utilizing a combination of deep breath, touch, and sensorial awakening. As we open to sensual connection with our body we move gradually towards our sex centre, to connection to and awaken our sexual energy, and to see if there is anything that blocks us from opening into free flow with our sexual life-force.
This is an essential piece for anyone who want to guide people into tantric connection. We start first at home, with our own bodies, and breath by breath journey deeper into the realm of sensual awakening and sexual healing. This can run incredibly deep for some. It can bring to the surface some of our deepest conditioning and programming, that may have been passed on to us from parents, school or society.
For those that don’t believe they have any sexual issues, but who rely on the use of drink or drugs to open you – there is definitely deeper healing work to be done here – to help you meet your sexuality in a clear space, free of reliance upon any substances.
Homework for this week is to continue making time for sexual healing and sensual connection. If you are in relationship, some of this can be done together with your partner, this will be covered at the end of the session.
Week 9: Tantric Healing 2 – breath, touch, sound
In this class we will deepen into Tantric Sexual Healing by working with sound. This can deeply release blockages in the body and mind. I’ll offer a tantric healing session live with a client, so you can see and understand how you can go about offering and holding space for a partner, a friend or a client within the realm of tantric sexual healing.
Bring a friend or partner who is open to working with breath, touch and sound to activate sexual energy. As I offer the live session for you to watch, you will be offering the same support to your friend or partner.
Note: there will not be any direct sexual contact (with the genitals) during this session. However, you will bring touch to their body, including working in the belly and pelvic area, provided that your client/receiver is open to this. This will be discussed in advance of the session.
So let us go deeper through the use of tantric breath, touch and most especially sound, and begin to experience how to offer this support to others.
Week 10: The Holy Grail Initiation (with Mary Magdalene)
This week Magdalena will be guiding us for at least half of our session, sharing words, teachings, and a potent initiation into working with the Holy Grail, as a container for alchemical Holy Union practice. This weaves together all she learnt as an Isis priestess, together with all she shared with Yeshua.
Through this purification rite working with the Holy Grail we continue to clear the energy pathways in the body, rewriting the lies of Christianity, and the distorted ‘sex is a sin’ teaching so many of us grew up with. Magdalena can help us rewire our bodies, realigning them as holy temples, holy beacons able to open through orgasm into incredible states of en-light-en-ment.
In doing so we become beacons, broadcasting the Wild Holy Lovers transmission the world so desperately needs, now more than ever, to counteract the distortions of pornography, the over sexualised media, and the virgin-whore dichotomy so many of us were taught.

Week 11: Tantric Initiation for Couples – Chakra Ankh Practice
Today we explore how you can go about initiating beloveds, partners or friends into potent chakra-based practices. We will also explore how this can be blended into your lovemaking, drawing on numerous Ankh circulation practices.
Drawing on the Ankh and the tube torus pathways as part of our energy circulation tools, we will immerse into a powerful tantric couples practice – using breath and sound to ride our way through the chakras, and then entering the Ankh loops to continue circulating and building the energy.
If you are in a relationship you are invited to bring your partner if they are open to trying this with you. If you are not, you can also invite a friend, and together with them learn to activate powerful energetic states.
NOTE: It would be ideal to have someone to explore this practice with. It can be a same-sex or opposite sex close friend, if you are not in a relationship at this time. If you are in relationship with someone who is not interested to explore spiritual practices, we recommend to find a friend to work with instead.
Week 12: Working with the Akashic Records
As we reach the final week of our 12 week deep initiation, we shift focus towards higher wisdom. Now you have learnt so many ways to access higher states of consciousness, it is time to go one step further, and learn how to connect to the libraries of wisdom known as the Akashic Records.
Connecting with Tehuti (Thoth), God of Writing, we will go on a guided journey with him to enter the Akashic Records – the halls of wisdom that exist on other planes of consciousness, always there for us to drink from. There you can access books of wisdom or guides and teachers to support you on your path.
Different people might conceive of this in various ways – some see it as connecting into their own higher wisdom. Others might feel they’re connecting to a god or goddess, a shamanic helper or ally, depending on your worldview. Everyone is born with the divine birth-right to access higher guidance, and the wisdom of the Akashic Records. Come discover how to do this, to support you into a greater empowerment as a teacher who can access great wisdom to support your growth on your path.

Can I pay in installments?
Do I need previous experience in Tantra to join?
You don’t need to have explored tantra before, but you do need to explored spirituality for years in order to be a good fit for this training. This is not a beginner level training – we have other trainings which are for beginners – so please pm us if you want guidance on which trainings would be the best fit for you. Is this course better for singles or couples?
Both! This training is equally powerful for individuals seeking tantric embodiment and ecstatic transformation, and couples who want to deepen their connection and explore higher states of love and intimacy. If you want to join as a couple pm us on WhatsApp or through instagram, as we can arrange a special couples price for you.
What if I cannot attend the live sessions?
Since this is a deep dive teacher training journey we strongly advise you to join us live as much as humanly possible! However, if something comes up and you cannot join us because of an emergency or other issue, all sessions will be recorded and available for replay. Whenever possible, be sure to join us live so you can ask questions and feel the power of the live transmission.
Is this a theoretical or experiential course?
There is theory that teaches you about the Egyptian Tantric Secrets and helps give you the context and conceptual understanding. However, the greater focus is on direct experience—feeling the energy, embodying the practices, and integrating them into your life. This is where the true magic happens!
What results can I expect?
The results you might expect vary from person to person. For those who have already navigated tantric teachings extensively it will support you to dive deeply into a rich system that will build upon all that you know already, and carry you deeper and higher to the next stages of your path. For those newer to the tantric path you may well experience a quantum leap in the integration of tantra in your daily life – helping you access more love, joy, ecstasy and super connection to all that you believe in.
I'm quite new to spiritual trainings, is this for me?
If you are still new to all things spiritual this training is probably not for you. This training is ideal for people who already teach or offer some kind of spiritual or healing work in the world. If you’re unsure if you’re the right match, feel free to reach out on WhatsApp or through instagram DM. We have other courses and trainings that are more beginner friendly, so we can also point you to something that could be an even better fit for you.
I don't have a regular spiritual practice, is that a problem?
Part of the journey of embodying tantric teachings is to integrate it into your life. If you don’t have a regular practice, this training will give you methods to bring a loving, super nourishing daily tantric spiritual practice into your life. Within that, there are aspects focused on meditation and energy circulation practices, and ways to bring these practices directly into your lovemaking. These elements fit together and support one another.
If by the end of the training you have not managed to stabilise into a regular spiritual practice this could be an issue in terms of graduating and being certified to teach this body of work. In order to teach it you need to integrate it into your life. We can support you in this in many ways, and it will still require a commitment on your side to show up on a regular basis to go deeper into the practices and the embodiment of the teachings. I don't really believe in channelling, is this training for me?
That’s a great question! I used to be highly skeptical of channeling for years! Back then, when I listened to (or read) channeled material it was because the subject called to me, and so I looked out for what resonated and left everything else behind.
If you are open to listening and trying something new, you could still get a lot from this training. However if you are not open to channeled information and guidance at all, there are other trainings from other teachers that could be a better fit. I’m happy to chat in person about this, if you are unsure you can message me on WhatsApp or through instagram DM.
I want to do this training, but I don't know if I can make all the dates. Can I still join?
That depends how many dates you can make. If you have to miss alot of the dates because of work commitments or other issues that you foresee, it might still work but only if you are committed to doing weekly catch up of the training. I realise this might be a challenge if you work a full time job, and/or have children, so let’s discuss and see if we can find a way that will work for you. Can I use this training as a space for therapy and healing?
Yes. There is a lot of space for healing as we go on our deep dive journey, and it could well bring things to the surface that need to be processed. As we deepen on our journey, we will work with powerful techniques that may bring things to the surface to be felt and released, and they are fully welcome in this container.
This is a strong group healing field within which a lot can be processed and released, so yes, all of you is welcome in this space. If you think you might need additional one-to-one support outside of our training times, reach out and discuss with Kiya on WhatsApp or through instagram DM.
I want to learn Tantra, but I'm not sure about the Egyptian focus. Is this course for me?
Those feeling the call to join this journey will have a strong resonance with Egypt, as it will be a central aspect of our exploration. Within it, we’ll work with Egyptian gods and goddesses, and Egyptian sacred symbols (e.g. the ankh, the pyramid, and the merkaba). If these things do not call to you, this training is probably not for you – you might enjoy a different tantra training instead.
If this is a Tantra training, is there lots of focus on sex?
Because this is a Tantra training, we will embrace sexual energy in different ways. At times, we will learn energy practices without directly activating sexual energy—this is important because we first need to purify the energy pathways.
We will also enter tantric healing spaces for the liberation and expansion of our sensual connection and our sexual energy. However, in the world of Tantra, so much can be explored without anyone taking their clothes off!
For those in relationship, we will help you open to more love, more sexual energy, and more soul-to-soul connection. We’ll also show you how to integrate the Egyptian Tantric Secrets into your life through rituals and practices that are easy to work with and powerful.
During our training, you’ll learn all the tantric activation methods needed. You’ll then have homework to take these teachings into the bedroom with your beloved. If you are single, there are solo variations for everything we explore, including these intimacy practices.
I need sexual healing, is this training for me?
This training can be a powerful support for your sexual healing, provided you have the tools and the understanding of how to hold any emotions and memories that may arise during the journey.
If you have not done much healing work before, diving into sexual healing can be challenging, or it can be an area for rapid growth. While this course provides a healing container, if you have experienced major sexual trauma (such as rape), please consider whether you have sufficient tools to support yourself outside of the training.
You may need additional support outside of the training to go on a deep dive specifically into sexual healing if you feel there is content there you need to go deeply into.

I'm not into process work. Is this course for me?
Within this training, we engage in healing and emotional process work as an integral part of the journey, since it can hold us back from experiencing higher states of tantric connection. During our childhood most of us are taught to suppress our emotions, and for many of us part of the healing journey is about reconnecting with the many emotions that a human being can experience.
The reality is that you cannot be multi-orgasmic without also being multi-emotional! As a result, emotions and processing are a key part of this tantric journey. If this does not resonate with you, this training is probably not the right fit. You might resonate more with a tantra yoga path within which they focus on the sublimation of emotions (there is debate as to whether this works or is simply a form of spiritual bypassing).
I don't have much time to do homework. Can I still join?
During our training there is ongoing ‘homework’ including making regular time oriented towards the different tantric practices we will explore week by week. Ultimately that cannot be skipped if you want to teach this body of work to others.
To turn the question around – do you feel a desire to teach? In which case the desire to practice should naturally come together with that. If there are self-sabotage patterns holding you back from anchoring into a regular spiritual or tantric practice we can help you to move through the self-sabotage. But its you that will still be needed to show up ‘on the mat’ on a regular basis.
If you are unsure about whether you are meant to teach tantra, and yet you still feel a call to join the training, let’s discuss this possibility. As an example, perhaps you already teaching something spiritual and don’t feel called to teach Egyptian Tantra, but you feel called to do the training more for personal integration, in this instance it could then work for you to jon us. I'm a spiritual teacher/tantra teacher already. Will this help expand or improve my teachings?
If you are already teaching, this training could be a great fit for you. As you likely know, to be a great teacher it helps to continue learning and deepening your training over many years.
If Egyptian and Tantric teachings resonate with you, this could be a beautiful way to immerse yourself in a transformation that can support your growth as a more integrated teacher.

What is an initiation? And is it safe?
Within initiations you are guided step-by-step through a process of activating your body’s energy. Through breath, sound, movement or meditation techniques you heighten your sensitivity to your energy body (your Ka).
There is an awakening of more energy and more capacity to connect to energy in and around you. It is powerful and it can be life-changing. It helps you feel more aliveness in and through your body!
After the initiations, you might need some integration time before doing other things. This is natural, and it’s good to bear this in mind and to allow this time after our sessions (ideally), instead of rushing into other commitments.
I don't know if I trust Egyptian teachings, some say they're dark and should be avoided. Any thoughts?
At times certain people (including some secret societies) have taken Egyptian teachings and used them for selfish or destructive ends. This is where there was a distortion within the original teachings which took the teachings down a darker path.
Certain religions have also demonised the Ancient Egyptian teachings because they were perceived as different to their own. So both Christianity and Islam created their own story around the ancient Egyptian ways being ‘dark’, and this may well have stemmed from them trying to negate the teachings that came before them and thus placing themselves as superior. So it is good to look at how is judging these teachings as ‘dark’ and whether they have an agenda that is connected to this.
Here at Mystika School we focus on what Goddess Isis calls ‘the Egyptian Lineage of Light’, within which we focus on learning the pure golden stream of the ancient mysteries. Working within this powerful stream enables us to be in sacred service to the world, and in support of the evolution of consciousness.
When we are healing ourselves – this is done on behalf of the collective, and in support of our family lineage – so we are contributing to the betterment of our global society. This includes healing on behalf of those who came before us, and for the future generations. So personally I believe we are focused on benevolent and loving teachings here to support us on our spiritual path.
Will I be expected to commit exclusively to this lineage path?
Unlike religions, some of which want you to join their path and exclude all others, here at Mystika we recognise that everyone can be influenced by many different traditions. So you will not be expected to dedicate yourself to anything or to anyone, unless there is an inner desire to be in service to these teachings or these guides.
As an example, I am devoted to sharing Goddess Isis’s teachings, and do so happily and passionately! But I know I am always free to connect with any teachings from any lineage path if other teachings should call to me. In my twenties I identified as a Buddhist and these teachings helped me grow, now I identifiy as a modern day mystic who is deeply inspired by The Egyptian Lineage and The Rose Lineage. It’s you who will decide who you wish to be devoted to… or perhaps it is the inner most heart that guides you to your path, or paths.
Can I ask questions if anything doesn't make sense during the training?
Yes you can! If you have any questions you can ask me live during the class (so long as we are not in the middle of an initiation or meditation). You can also reach out to me on WhatsApp inbetween our sessions and I’ll respond as soon as I can.
I’m excited, yet still a bit nervous to embark on this journey. Is this normal?
Yes, this is very normal. I too felt nervous when I first started exploring the world of spirituality, and even more so with tantra. It can feel edgy to dive into anything new and somewhat unknown, even though you KNOW you are called by it. Often the edge is where all the growth is!

I’m very sensitive to energy, are these initiations for me?
Being sensitive to energy puts you at an advantage. You will likely have a powerful experience. If at any point it starts to feel like too much, you can let go of any practice or technique we are working with and just rest and allow yourself to ground.

I don't really feel energy, is it worth me doing these trainings?
If you’re new to energy practices these initiations can help fast-track you so you start feeling things more and more. This is what happened to me 20+ years ago when I went for my first Reiki Initiation.
We all open to energy at different speeds, and I know many people who have been ‘upgraded’ by these initiations, in a way that can be life-changing. Also, going deeper into a regular spiritual practice can quantum leap you to feeling much more, and we will do all we can to support you to anchor this practice into your life on a regular basis.
