This page explains how our payment plans work, how refunds are handled, and what happens in different situations.

0. Quick clarity for one-time purchases (books & short courses)
If you purchased a product that is listed as a one-time payment (for example a book, download, or short course),
then your card is charged once and you will not be automatically charged again.
Automatic future charges only apply if you explicitly choose a payment plan at checkout for an eligible program.

1. Payment Options Overview
For some programs (typically weekend trainings and longer programs), you may have the option to choose:
- Pay in Full – one single payment of the full program fee.
- Monthly Payment Plan – the total program fee split into multiple scheduled installments.
The total price of the program remains the same regardless of whether you pay in full or via installments
(unless otherwise explicitly stated on the checkout page).
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Mystika School to charge your card
only according to the installment schedule you selected at checkout.
We will never charge your card outside of that agreed schedule.
2. How Monthly Payment Plans Work
If you choose a payment plan:
- Your first installment is charged immediately at checkout.
- The remaining installments are automatically charged on the scheduled dates shown before you complete your purchase.
- The full payment schedule is visible during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
By choosing installments, you are entering into a commitment to complete all scheduled payments.
Access to the program is granted after your first successful payment.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of your first payment,
unless a different refund window is explicitly stated on the checkout page for your specific product/program.
If within 30 days you feel the program is not right for you, you may request a refund by emailing:

We will process your request in alignment with the conditions below.
3.1 If You Paid in Full
If you paid the full amount upfront:
- You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
- Upon refund, your access to the program will be revoked.
No additional payments will be charged.
3.2 If You Chose a Payment Plan
If you selected a monthly payment plan, here is how refunds work:
Scenario A: You request a refund within 30 days and have made only 1 payment
- You will receive a refund of the amount paid.
- Future installments will be cancelled.
- Access to the program will be revoked.
Scenario B: You request a refund within 30 days and have made 2 payments
- You will receive a refund of the total amount you have paid so far.
- Future installments will be cancelled.
- Access to the program will be revoked.
Scenario C: You request a refund after 30 days
After the 30-day guarantee period:
- All payments made are non-refundable.
- Remaining scheduled payments must still be completed.
- Access remains active until payment obligations are fulfilled (subject to failed payment handling below).
4. Early Cancellation of Payment Plan
After the 30-day guarantee period:
- The payment plan cannot be cancelled simply because you no longer wish to continue.
- The payment plan represents a commitment to complete the full program investment.
- You may choose to pay the remaining balance early if you prefer.

We aim to work with integrity and fairness in special circumstances.
5. What Happens if a Payment Fails?
If an automatic installment payment fails:
- Our system will automatically retry the charge.
- You will receive an email notification informing you of the failed payment.
- You may update your payment method at any time.
If payment continues to fail:
- Your access to the program may be temporarily suspended.
- We may contact you to resolve the issue.
- Continued non-payment may result in permanent access removal.
We do not send debts to collection agencies without prior communication and opportunity to resolve the matter.
Our goal is resolution, not punishment.
6. Card Storage & Security
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Stripe may securely store your card details in tokenized form in order to process scheduled installment payments.
Mystika School does not directly store your raw card information on our servers.
Your card is charged only:
- Once (if paying in full), or
- According to the installment schedule you selected at checkout.
We do not charge your card outside of those agreed terms.
7. Access to Course Materials
- Access is granted after the first successful payment.
- If a refund is issued, access is revoked.
- If installment payments are not completed after the guarantee period, access may be restricted until the account is brought up to date.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
- Your access will be immediately suspended.
- We reserve the right to provide proof of agreement, payment authorization, and access logs to the payment processor.
We strongly encourage contacting support first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and respectfully.
9. Modifications to Terms
Mystika School reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to your agreement.
