Participation & Liability Waiver

This Participation & Waiver applies to all Mystika School offerings,
including (without limitation) online courses, live trainings, group programs,
private sessions, retreats, workshops, communities, and related materials (“Programs”).
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Program,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following.
1. Voluntary Participation
Participation in any Mystika School Program is entirely voluntary.
You choose to engage in spiritual, somatic, energetic, and embodied practices
of your own free will.
You understand that you may stop participation at any time.
2. Nature of the Programs
Mystika School provides spiritual education and experiential practices,
which may include (but are not limited to):
- Breathwork
- Energy work
- Somatic and embodiment practices
- Meditation
- Movement
- Sacred sexuality teachings
- Emotional processing exercises
- Intuitive or spiritual guidance
These Programs are intended for personal development and spiritual exploration.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric,
legal, or financial advice.
3. Health & Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that certain practices (including breathwork and intense emotional processes)
may involve physical, emotional, or psychological intensity.
By participating, you confirm that:
- You are physically and mentally capable of participation.
- You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing.
- You will consult a licensed medical or mental health professional if needed.
- You will immediately stop any practice that feels unsafe to you.
If you have any medical condition, psychological diagnosis, history of trauma,
cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, severe anxiety, or other relevant health concerns,
you agree to seek appropriate professional guidance before participating.
4. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in spiritual and somatic practices
may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Emotional release
- Psychological discomfort
- Physical sensations
- Temporary fatigue
- Unexpected emotional responses
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
you release and hold harmless Mystika School Limited,
its directors, owners, facilitators, employees, contractors, affiliates,
and representatives from any claims, damages, injuries, losses,
or liabilities arising from participation in any Program.
This includes, without limitation:
- Physical injury
- Emotional distress
- Psychological impact
- Financial decisions made after participation
- Relationship outcomes
- Personal interpretations of spiritual teachings
This release applies to you and your heirs, representatives, and assigns.
6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Individual experiences vary.
Mystika School makes no guarantees regarding healing,
transformation, income changes, relationship outcomes,
or any specific results.
Testimonials reflect personal experiences and are not promises of outcome.
7. Confidentiality & Community Respect
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal sharing
within Programs and community spaces.
You may not record, distribute, screenshot, or disclose
private participant content without explicit permission.
8. Recordings & Media Consent
Group sessions may be recorded for participant access and quality purposes.
By participating in group sessions, you consent to being recorded.
Mystika School will not intentionally publish private 1:1 sessions.
Marketing use of testimonials or images will only occur with written consent,
unless already voluntarily provided for promotional use.
9. Online Participation Risks
You understand that online participation may involve:
- Internet disruptions
- Platform outages
- Technical difficulties
- Third-party software risks
Mystika School is not liable for interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
This Participation & Waiver shall be governed by
the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution
provisions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
11. Agreement
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Mystika School Program,
you confirm that:
- You have read this Participation & Waiver in full.
- You understand its contents.
- You voluntarily agree to its terms.
If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Program.
