Mystika School Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Mystika School offerings, including (without limitation)
online courses, live trainings, group programs, private sessions, events, retreats, communities, calls, replays,
written materials, audios, videos, and related resources (“Programs”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to these Terms. These Terms incorporate by reference our:
1) Eligibility
Programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By purchasing or participating, you confirm that
you meet this requirement.
2) Educational & non-professional disclaimer
Mystika School provides spiritual education and experiential practices including (but not limited to) breathwork,
energy healing, somatic practices, meditation, movement, sacred sexuality teachings, intuitive guidance, and
related teachings.
These offerings are provided for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute
medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
Mystika School facilitators, teachers, and staff are not acting as licensed professionals within these Programs
unless explicitly stated in writing, and even then not in a professional capacity within Mystika School.
If you have any medical or psychological condition or concerns, you agree to consult a qualified licensed
professional before participation.
3) Participation is voluntary & assumption of risk
You acknowledge that participation in spiritual, breathwork, and embodied practices may involve physical,
emotional, and energetic intensity. You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation and accept full
responsibility for your wellbeing, experiences, choices, and outcomes.
4) Release of liability & hold harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Mystika School Limited and its owners,
directors, facilitators, staff, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, injuries,
losses, or liabilities arising from participation in any Program. This release applies to you and your heirs,
representatives, and assigns.
5) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mystika School Limited and its affiliates from and against any
claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your participation in any Program
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of materials
- Your breach of any applicable laws
6) No guaranteed outcomes
Individual experiences and results vary. Mystika School makes no guarantees regarding healing, transformation,
financial outcomes, relationship outcomes, or any specific results. Testimonials are not promises of outcome.
7) Intellectual property & use of materials
All Program content remains the intellectual property of Mystika School Limited and/or its licensors. Materials
are provided solely for your personal learning and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, sold,
recorded, republished, or reused without written permission.
Teaching or facilitating Mystika School methods requires explicit certification and authorization.
8) Confidentiality & respect for the container
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal sharing within Programs and community spaces and not to
record, distribute, or disclose private participant content without permission.
9) Recordings, media & testimonials
Group sessions may be recorded for participant access and quality purposes. By participating in group sessions,
you consent to being recorded.
Mystika School will not intentionally publish private 1:1 sessions. Marketing use of testimonials or images will
be requested in writing unless already provided voluntarily for promotional use.
10) Private sessions: rescheduling & no-shows
At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule private sessions. Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes or no-shows
forfeit the session without refund.
11) Payments, one-time purchases, payment plans & subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.
You authorize Mystika School Limited to charge the payment method provided for all amounts due under your
selected Program, including future scheduled installment payments where applicable.
One-time purchases
If you purchase a product that is advertised as a one-time payment, you will not be automatically charged again
unless you place another order. No recurring billing will occur unless you explicitly select a payment plan or
subscription at checkout.
Payment plans & subscriptions
Payment plans for fixed-length Programs represent a commitment to the full Program price and are not cancellable
unless a refund policy is explicitly offered. Ongoing memberships or subscriptions continue until cancelled
according to stated cancellation procedures.

By selecting a payment plan at checkout, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms.
12) Refund policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or Program purchased and is governed by the terms stated on
the applicable checkout page, our Refund Policy, and these Terms.

Low-ticket digital products
Books, digital downloads, and short pre-recorded online courses priced at $11 or $27 include a 365-day money-back
guarantee unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to
support@mystikaschool.com
within 365 calendar days of purchase. Refunds apply only to the specific product purchased and do not extend to
bonuses, upgrades, or additional products.
This guarantee does not apply to live trainings, longer programs, certifications, mentorships, private sessions,
or retreats.
Short & medium online courses (2 weekends to 6 weeks)
These Programs include a 30-day refund window from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated at checkout.
After the refund window has closed:
- All payments made are non-refundable
- Remaining payment plan installments remain due in full
Long-term trainings, certifications & mentorship programs
Long-term programs provide a 30-day evaluation period beginning on the purchase date (or program start date if
later). To withdraw and receive a refund during this period, you must notify
support@mystikaschool.com
in writing within the 30-day evaluation period.
After this period, enrollment becomes a binding financial commitment. No refunds, credits, or cancellations are
permitted thereafter for any reason, including non-attendance, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or personal
circumstances. All remaining payments under any payment plan remain due in full.
Payment plan enforcement
Payment plans are installment arrangements for the total program price and do not alter your obligation to pay
the full amount owed. Failure to attend, access content, or complete a Program does not relieve your financial
responsibility.
Mystika School reserves the right to suspend access, declare the remaining balance immediately due and payable,
and/or pursue lawful collection where appropriate.
Refund processing & method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Mystika School is not responsible
for non-refundable processor or banking fees unless required by law.
Anti-abuse clause
All refund guarantees are provided in good faith. Mystika School reserves the right to refuse refunds where there
is evidence of repeated refund behavior, misuse of guarantees, chargeback abuse, excessive consumption of content
prior to refund requests, unauthorized sharing of materials, or other conduct inconsistent with good faith
participation.
13) Transfers, pauses & switching programs
Program purchases are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Any approved exception may include an
administrative fee.
14) Schedule changes
Mystika School may adjust Program dates, times, or facilitators when reasonably necessary. Schedule changes are
not grounds for refunds.
15) Platform availability
Mystika School does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Programs or digital materials. Temporary interruptions
due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party providers, or force majeure shall not constitute grounds for
refunds or liability.
16) Force majeure
Mystika School shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable
control, including illness, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other unforeseen
circumstances.
17) Community guidelines & removal
Participation requires respectful and ethical conduct. Mystika School reserves the right to remove participants
who violate guidelines without refund.
18) Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these Terms or any Program shall
first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration
in Hong Kong under applicable arbitration rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of
competent jurisdiction.
19) Changes to terms
Mystika School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Programs after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
