Mystika School Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Mystika School.
By purchasing any product or Program, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our
Terms & Conditions.


1) General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or Program purchased.
Refund terms are determined by:

  • The information stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase
  • This Refund Policy
  • Our Terms & Conditions

If there is any conflict, the specific checkout page terms at time of purchase shall prevail.


2) Low-Ticket Digital Products ($11 / $27 Products)

Books, digital downloads, and short pre-recorded online courses priced at $11 or $27 include a
365-day money-back guarantee, unless otherwise stated in writing at checkout.

To request a refund:

Refunds apply only to the specific low-ticket product purchased and do not extend to:

  • Bonuses
  • Upgrades
  • Bundles
  • Other programs purchased separately

This 365-day guarantee does not apply to live trainings, longer programs,
certifications, mentorships, private sessions, or retreats.


3) Short & Medium Online Courses (Approx. 2 Weekends to 6 Weeks)

Live or blended online Programs ranging from approximately two weekends up to six weeks
include a 30-day refund window from the original purchase date,
unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to
support@mystikaschool.com
within 30 calendar days of purchase.

After the refund window has closed:

  • All payments already made are non-refundable
  • Any remaining payments under an agreed payment plan remain due and payable in full

4) Long-Term Trainings, Certifications & Mentorship Programs

Long-term Programs (including the 9-Month Training and similar offerings)
include a 30-day evaluation period beginning on:

  • The purchase date, or
  • The official program start date (if later)

To withdraw and request a refund during this period, you must notify
support@mystikaschool.com
in writing within the 30-day evaluation period.

After this evaluation period:

  • Enrollment becomes a binding financial commitment
  • No refunds, credits, or cancellations are permitted
  • All remaining payment plan installments remain due in full

Non-attendance, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances
do not void your financial obligation after the evaluation period.


5) Payment Plans

Payment plans are installment arrangements for the total Program price.
They do not alter your obligation to pay the full amount owed.

Failure to attend sessions, access content, or complete a Program does not
relieve you of financial responsibility.

6) Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Mystika School is not responsible for non-refundable processing fees,
bank fees, currency exchange differences, or third-party transaction costs
unless required by law.


7) Anti-Abuse & Chargeback Protection

All refund guarantees are provided in good faith.
Mystika School reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving:

  • Repeated refund behavior
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Excessive consumption of content prior to refund request
  • Unauthorized sharing of materials
  • Conduct inconsistent with good faith participation

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in
permanent removal of access and potential recovery actions.
